About Chef Mwendwa 's work:

Chef Mwendwa cooking style and philosophy:

They good food can make king humble himself to the chef. The goal is to make it delicious and exceptional.

I love playing around with ingredients trying out new recipes. I mostly divulge in asian, african and italian cusines.

My favourite spices are garam masala, garlic, ginger and black pepper, they bring a perfect explosion of flavours.

How Chef Mwendwa handles criticisms:

Criticism is vital in the food sector, helps in growth and correction.

Personally, i love feedbacks from the people i cook for as it helps me rectify and do better.

Whatever feedback i receive, i use it to make a better meal than the last time.

What led Chef Mwendwa to become a chef / cook:

Food has a way of bringing out joy in people, especially good food. I love making people happy and since food makes People happy, i cook my food passionately. Started cookin at 17, went to school at 20, started cooking professionally at 21. It's a amazing five years of making good food.

To show case my culinary talents and to gain influence.

1. "The Master Cook Contest" is a Competition fully sponsored by BTechnologies Enterprises Limited. An Organization acting in compliance with International laws and the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.

2. It is an Online Talent Competition, which finds its operandi similar to other talent competitions like the America Got Talent show, The Big Brother Africa, MTN Project fame among others.

3. Registration to Participate in "Master Cook Contest" is Completely FREE. Note this.

4. Like in every other Contest, "Master Cook Contest" enshrines prizes for Its Winners.

1st Position: A Brand New Premium Pot Set + A Golden Luxe Plaque + a Monetary award of KSh150,000 (One Fifty Thousand Kenyan Shillings only)

2nd Position: A Monetary award of KSh50,000 (Fifty Thousand Kenyan Shillings only)

3rd position: A Monetary award of KSh30,000 (Thirty Thousand Kenyan Shillings only)

5. Winners of "Master Cook Contest" are selected by a Simple-Majority Voting system.

6. The Voting system entails a transparent form of anyone visiting a contestant voting link and then voting for them. 1 vote is KSh30 (Thirty Kenyan Shillings only). And anyone can vote for a contestant as much times as possible.

7. Payment made as Vote on any Contestant (while in contest and afterwards) would not be refunded.

8. In the Policy of enjoining Transparency, Live updates on scores of each Contestant, are made Public and available on the Contest’s website via https://themealbosske.com/contest - coupled with personalized mails and text messages forwarded to each contestant daily.

9. As by Law, Participation in "Master Cook Contest" is completely Voluntary and Contestant can discontinue at anytime, with the Caveat of Votes counted, being lost and not refunded.

10. "Master Cook Contest" acts in Good faith in Accordance with International Laws and the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.
